[RRC] session 3

Hi Ergmates, Session 3 is almost here. It will start on February 21. It starts at 6pm now and finishes at 7:30pm. We are starting to challenge our fitness a bit more and Bryce has added erg tests. Our first 3000meter test was a good indication we are improving.The abdominal work is even easier! Look forward to seeing new faces and the slackers  who were with us previously- you know who you are! Thanks Diana
