[RRC] new session

Hello Fellow Ergers, Tonight begins the new session. We will have one of the women's coaches tonight as Kevin is in Fla. and Bryce still in S. Africa. I don't know the coaches name, sorry, but I bet it will be a good w/out. Thanks again to Kevin for such helpful sessions and workouts! I know many of us learned alot and will make some changes. Thanks Kevin! As the signups go we are full though I haven't heard back from Carol Faust or David Vermillion with their confirmations. That being said we have always had at least 6-8 open spots every session. So for those who aren't regulars and want to drop in there is a excellent chance you could have a space as a walkin.For those returning you just need to pay $30 for the 10 sessions. For newbies you need to pay the usage fee $15 and then $30 for the session. Checks are made out to Bryce Fletcher not RRC. See you tonight! Diana
