[RRC] Capital Sprints Rowers/Coxswains

Apologies for the mass email.  Please find below information for Capital
Sprints rowers and coxswains.

Itinerary:

Friday - Practice/Load Trailer (please plan to stick around for trailer
loading unless you have a prior commitment)

Saturday - Directions to the regatta can be found here:
http://www.capsrowing.org/Directions.html
                Racers should be at the course 1 1/2 hours prior to their
race for rigging and warmup

                Tentative schedule:
                W4X - 9:10AM (Comacho, Murray, P., Murray, M., Pape)
                M2X - 9:30AM (Vanischak, Miller-Jones)
                W2X - 1:30PM (Maher, Bower, Pape, DeAngelis)
                Mix8+ - 4:20PM (Everyone basically)

                This schedule is not finalized, but should be pretty close.
I'll keep you posted for changes.

If you have not signed your online waivers yet, please do so.  Let me know
if you need the directions again.
