[RRC] Sunset Regatta!!!

Rivanna Rowing Club's Annual end-of-the-season* Sunset Regatta* is just
around the corner!!

*SUNDAY, AUGUST 10TH at 5:00 p.m.*

*Volunteers are needed* to help make the food and races happen!!
*Please respond* to this email and let us know how you can help!
Another email will be sent out in the future with more details

EVERYONE is asked to* please bring a dish to share* (serves 10-12, and don't
forget a serving utensil!)

Other items needed:     Large coolers with ice
                        Spare space in fridge/freezer to store food
overnight
                        Volunteer to bring lettuce/tomato/onion (already
prepared/chopped)

Sat. 8/09 - Shopping for food (volunteer with a van?)

Sun. 8/10 - Regatta/BBQ Day
        3-5pm -  4 people to help unload vehicles and set-up tables
        4-5:30pm - 2 people to take first grill shift
       * 5:00pm - Race planning (coaches to oversee this?)*
*                Dockmaster/finish*
*                Launch/start*
        5:30-6:30pm - 2 people to take 2nd grill shift
        Clean-up crew
