[RRC] speed sculling

Scullers:

Kevin is going to practice starting at 8 AM, so scullers who want to use 
the cable for speed practice should plan on getting onto the water by 
about 7.  We don't need to meet at the boathouse and plan.  Just row 
down to the dam and form groups there.  And if you are heading toward 
the dam a bit late, watch out, there may be a group using both sides of 
the cable.
