Burley Parent Orientation


Parent orientation night for parents of rising 6th graders will be
Wednesday, April 26 from 6:30-8:00 P.M.  The evening will include a school
tour and information session.  In addition, if you would like to begin
receiving the Burley Bulletin, email Shelley Payne at

Spirit Days


Gear up for the Spring Festival by celebrating spirit days.  Thursday is
pajama day and Friday is around the world day (wear your favorite
multicultural clothes).   Thanks to the 5th graders for choosing these fun
themes!


Spring Festival


The big week is finally here!!! After all these months of preparation, the
Spring Festival will be held on Friday night from 5:30 – 8:00 P.M.   Let’s
have a great turnout and make this the best festival ever!  A special thank
you to our corporate sponsors:  SunTrust, Children’s Dentistry of
Charlottesville, Ryan Homes, Real Estate III and Denise Ramey of Montague
Miller.

The following are gentle reminders if you signed up to help:

*CAKE WALK – Bring in your baked goods on Thursday afternoon or Friday to

*VOLUNTEERS – Please be on time for your shift so that everyone can enjoy

*ARMBANDS – Available at the door that night for $8 each.  Only children
ages 4 and up need them. Adults need not have them since they will not be
playing games.  Preordered armbands will also be picked up at the school
