KidVention

The Virginia Discovery Museum, Lite Rock Z95.1 and WVPT are sponsoring
KidVention on Saturday at the Charlottesville High School gym from 10:00 -
2:00. This family friendly event will focus on safety and wellness this
year.  

 

Albemarle County Board of Supervisors Meeting

If you are in town next week, please consider attending the April 4 public
hearing of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors to support or comment
on the requested school board budget.   Please take the time to read all
information available to you via the newspaper and the county website
www.k12albemarle.org <http://www.k12albemarle.org/>  about how the various
proposed tax rates will affect the schools and then let the supervisors know
your opinions. The meeting will be held beginning at 6:00 P.M. at Lane
Auditorium in the Albemarle County Office Building on McIntire Road.

PTO Meeting 

Our next PTO meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 17 at 7:00 P.M.  Details
will follow at a later date.

We recently tried something new by asking for questions that you might have
for Principal Kindler and we liked the idea so we are keeping it as a
regular item.  If you have something you would like to ask Ashby, you can
email me the question and we will get back to you with an answer.  Email

No Parking in the Fire Lane

Please, please, please do not park in the fire lane during drop off and pick
up times!!  It is illegal to park there any time but causes major traffic
flow issues for the parents who are following the rules.  If you would like
to escort your child into the building or be there to meet them in the
afternoon, please park in the designated area.  Thank you for your
cooperation!
