FINE ARTS NIGHT & PANCAKE SUPPER TUES. MARCH 11TH 5:30-7:30 P.M.
We hope you will join us Tuesday night for a delicious pancake supper in the cafeteria.  Adults are $4 and Children are $2.  Dinner will run from 5:30 until 6:45.   You can also stroll the halls and enjoy wonderful works of art by your students at SRE.  To cap off the evening, there will be a concert given by the 5th grade Choir and Recorder Club.
 
***Ms. Zavada, our art teacher, needs parents to help her set up for Fine Arts Night.  Please contact her if you can help her out (SZavada at k12albemarle.org). 
 
 
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR USBOURNE BOOK FAIR
Please call Kristie Via at 244-4644 or at gator0615 at msn.com if you can help.  She can use help with set up, take down, helping the children find the books they are interested in, and filling out the forms for the younger students.  
 
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION, TUESDAY MARCH 25TH  9A-1P ; 3-6P
Please note that your child does NOT need to be present to register.  You WILL need: birth certificate, two forms of proof of residency (1. deed, mortgage, rental agreement, etc; and 2) some kind of bill with the home address such as a utility bill or a pay stub.  Your child must be 5 years old by September 30th, 2008.  For more information, please visit the county website at www.k12albemarle.org and click on the link on the home

SPRING FESTIVAL/SILENT AUCTION MEETINGS FRIDAY, MARCH 14TH
Both committees will be meeting at 10:30.  Please contact Tara Mincer with any questions regarding the Silent Auction (TaraMincer at aol.com) or Sasha Noble Snoble20268 at msn.com or Jennifer McGlothlin at Jrbpmm at comcast.net  regarding Spring Festival.
 
***You should have received a flier asking for class basket donations.  These baskets bring in a lot of money for our school, so please remember to send something in.  Items are due March 21st.
