Hello Parents!

I'm a former Parent Council member and parent at Burley Middle School
and we are planning a Teen Health Night on March 29 from 5:30 - 8:30
P.M. I've included a brief description of the event below. We are
still in the process of confirming presenters, but we already have over
a dozen experts from UVa, Martha Jefferson, Region 10 and many others.
This is shaping up to be a very high quality event and we want to
heavily publicize it within the community so that all of these experts
who are providing their time actually have some people attending their
presentations. I will be able to provide more detailed information
about the event by the middle of next week, but if you have any
newsletters or PTO communications going out please send this as a
"teaser." Any help that you can provide to get the word out would be
greatly appreciated. I'm attaching a PDF flyer that you can use.

We are also looking for any organizations that would like to participate
in our Health Fair, and if you know of an excellent presenter on a
particular topic, please send that information to me as well.

Thank you for your help in getting the word out!!

Shelley

P.S. Tammy, could you send this out on PCNews? Thx!
