November 9th is the auction – to plan for the big night - AN ALL AUCTION COMMITTEES and INTERESTED  PARTIES MEETING WILL BE HELD NOVEMBER 1st at 615pm until 730pm.

At this meeting you will get your information for your task(s) you signed up for as well as fill in some of the spaces where we need some more help.  It is the PLAN before the 9th and the LAST DAY to bring in your donations you’ve received.

Committees include:
Solicitation, Food/Bakers, Registration, Cashiers, Child care, On-site (runners, recorders, hall monitors), Set-up and Clean-up, Publicity
