The 7th Grade Career

EXPO being held at 

The University of Virginia. 

 

   On October 19th and 20th, 2006 all 7th Graders in the City of
Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, and Nelson County schools
have the opportunity to attend a valuable career awareness activity:
the 7th Grade Career EXPO, being sponsored by the Central Virginia Tech
Prep Consortium and hosted by the University of Virginia.  Sutherland MS
will go on October 19th (see reverse).

      Why are these skills important for work and school?

      Share with your child the skills that make you successful in your
job.

Sutherland's 7th graders will depart Sutherland at 9:05 and will arrive
at UVa's Newcomb Hall at 9:35.  The annual Career Expo will end at 11:15
and students will return to Sutherland in time for lunch and a regular
afternoon schedule.
