[SutherlandMatters] Parent Volunteer Sought

The Northern Feeder Pattern, which includes Sutherland, is working on a
series of goals through which we hope to continue to improve our
performance.  One approach being studied is the concept of
"cross-pollinating" the teaching staff by encouraging teachers to rotate
between schools from time to time.  A subcommittee of teachers, parents,
and administrators will study the issue and reward incentives for
teachers who are highly skilled, have high standards for all students,
and are willing to share with other schools.  Sutherland is responsible
for providing a parent representative and a teacher representative.

interested in representing us and helping us to form a recommended
approach.  The commitment would be periodic meetings over a period of
the next 4 months.  Thank you!
