SMS Book Fair Coming!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

May 30 - June 6

 

The Scholastic Book Fair will arrive on Wednesday, May 30th. We will
need your help to run it each day. Your job would be collecting money,
straightening merchandise, helping students with selection, etc.  Please
consider donating an hour or two of your time if you can make it. Email
Pam Yursik, librarian at pyursik at k12albemarle.org with your preferred
day and time. If your email ends up in spam, you may not get a response.
If so, please call the school and leave a message. 

 

These are the general times of business for the fair. If you can only
stay for an hour, please volunteer!

 

DATES

Wednesday 5/30 

Set up the fair when it arrives in morning (usually by 9) Need 2
volunteers.

12 noon - 2 p.m. / Need 2 volunteers

2 p.m. - 4 p.m. / Need 2 volunteers

 

Thursday 5/31

            9 a.m. - 12 noon / Need 2 volunteers

            12 - 2 p.m. / Need 2 volunteers 

            2 p.m. - 4 p.m. / Need 2 volunteers

 

Friday 6/1, Monday 6/4, Tuesday 6/5

9 a.m. - 12 noon / Need 2 volunteers

            12 - 2 p.m. / Need 2 volunteers 

            2 p.m. - 4 p.m. / Need 2 volunteers

 

Wednesday 6/6

            9 a.m. Pack up the fair - Need 1-2 volunteers
