[SutherlandMatters] Fiield Day Volunteers Needed

Dear Sutherland Families,

 

The students and staff are looking forward to a wonderful Field Day
tomorrow and would like to invite parents to come out and join us for
all or part of the day if you can. If you have already signed up to
volunteer at the event, MANY THANKS!  We appreciate your support. If you
haven't then please send a message to Gayle Rainey at
grainey at k12albemarle.org with your name and available time slot. Just
come to the main office at the time you indicated and check the database
for your assigned location and a visitor nametag. We are also looking to
borrow any coolers that parents could loan for the day (along with a
donation of a bag of ice or two inside it) so that we can keep the
drinks cold for the students throughout the day. Please plan to drop off
your cooler (labeled with your name) to the front office on Friday
morning starting at 8 AM. All coolers can be picked up on Monday from
the teacher's lounge where we will store them. MANY THANKS for all your
support!
