[SutherlandMatters] Chorus Trip Update!

Dear chorus parents and students:
 
I hope you are all getting excited about the trip to Atlanta and America Sings!

Here is a trip update - please read it carefully so you are aware of the changes involved at this time:
 
1.    As of today, Monday, October 22, 2007 we do not have the 55 participants that we needed to lock in the price we advertised.  We have extended the deadline as long as we can, but now we must start booking the trip, including the tickets for the Lion King performance.  The new price is as follows:
a.    Students (4 to a room) = $584.00
b.    Adults (2 to a room) = $667.00



1.	The company booking our trip is asking that we confirm our plans, but with the increase I wanted to make sure all who registered were still interested in going.  If you are NOT going due to the increase, please let me know by THURSDAY, OCTOBER 25th at noon. At that time I will contact the representative and ask that he book the tickets for the performance - they are going fast! 
	


  2. If you are still considering joining us on the trip, Thursday will be the last day to make deposit.  Please      have all money into school by noon. 

    3. Please remember that your child may have already reduced this price by fundraising. We have a few star students who have already raised over $250 for their own account with this current chocolate fund raiser alone. We have at least 5 fund raising events scheduled before Winter Break and 4 more in the spring. There are still many opportunities for students to earn money for their trip!
