[SutherlandMatters] Safety / Traffic Reminders

Important Reminder to all SMS students and families:

 

Please do not park at any time in the bus lanes in the front of the
school.  We have several designated visitor parking spaces in the first
row of the parking lot so that you can easily run in for student sign in
or student sign out.  The lanes are to remain clear at all times and we
ask that you help us with this safety issue by using the designated
spaces.

 

Please do not allow your children to run between parked buses waiting to
drop off/pick up students.  There has been an increase in this recently
and we want to make sure all students are safe.  A bus was damaged when
a student ran through the arm that extends from the front of the bus and
could have injured the child as well.
