BAND Warm up: 6:30

Dear chorus and band students and parents,
 
On Thursday, Feb. 21 we will be performing our annual Pre-Festival
Chorus and Band Concert. The concert date was already given to you on
the introduction letter at the beginning of the school year. (I know,
that was a quite a while ago...)
 
This an important concert as both the band and chorus are preparing for
our 
District Festival Competition in March. The concert will be
approximately 35 minutes long.
 
The District Festival Competition in March is the music department's
equivalent of SOL's. We are all doing our best to support your child's
growth and development for this competition, so we hope you will be able
to be with us at this Thursday evening concert. This concert is also an
important part of your child's grade for this semester. 
 
Chorus Dress Code: Concert Uniforms
 
We need parent volunteers to help us before and during the concert. If
you have time to help us, please contact us.
