[SutherlandMatters] Band/Chorus Fundraiser

On January 11-13, 2008, the Sutherland band and Chorus will be sharing a fundraiser at Barnes and Noble.  It consists of a table set up at the entrance where we can display some information about the music programs here at Sutherland, and a small performance space for student performances.  We will also be handing out vouchers to anyone who comes in the store.  When customers show their vouchers and make a purchase a percentage of that sale goes to our group.  Purchases at the café will also count towards our percentage.  The voucher says something contrary to this, but Barnes and Noble does not have the new vouchers yet.

 

Included below in this e-mail is a link to the Band Web Page where there are directions on how to make a copy of the Barnes and Noble Voucher.  You may make as many copies of the voucher as you would like.  You can give them to friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc., and tell them to shop at Barnes and Noble the weekend of January 11-13.  This is also a great time to redeem gift certificates received during the holidays.

 

    The hours for the event:

    Friday ­ 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm

    Saturday ­ 10:00 am ­ 6:00 pm

    Sunday ­ 11:00 am ­ 5:00 pm
