[SutherlandMatters] Final? 8th grade dance meeting: Tuesday, May 5 Gathering Area 7:15 pm

Please attend this meeting (Tuesday, May 5 at 7:15) even if you have not
been to any other meetings.  There will be sign up sheets for set-up and
clean-up volunteers.

If you can not make the meeting, please contact me if you (your spouse,
and/or your high school child(ren)) if you are able to volunteer some
time.

 

Set up begins at 4:00 on Friday ((5/15) and last until about 11:00 pm.

 

Clean up will begin immediately after the dance on Saturday (5/16) at
10:00 pm.

 

If you are able to help for an hour or two (or more) we would greatly
appreciate it.  We are transforming the cafeteria into a magical
theme-centered venue.  The more help we have the quicker the
"transformation" process will be!  

 

I appreciate you volunteering for this committee and look forward to
seeing you at the meeting and/or hearing from you with the hours you can
help.
