Our annual carnival takes place tonight from 6 to 10:00 pm. We have
had a tremendous response to our request for volunteers and are grateful for
the numerous parents who will help make the evening a success for the
students. We ask that you read the following guidelines for the evening and
reinforce them with your son/daughter.

*Students are to leave school in their usual manner tomorrow afternoon as
student are not allowed to stay in the building during carnival setup. In
order to be able to open on time it is critical that we begin this work as
soon as possible. When the doors reopen at 6pm the 6th graders will enter at
the cafeteria door, 7th graders through the main doors, and 8th graders
through their wing entrance. All guests will enter with their SMS friend and
pay at the door.

PLEASE be considerate and remember to plan on picking your student up
promptly at 10:00 when the carnival ends. Due to the late hour student will
NOT be permitted to leave the building until a parent ENTERS the building to
get them. We understand the inconvenience of this plan, but ask for your
cooperation in ensuring the safety of our student body at the late hour.
Finally, any student leaving the carnival during the event will not be
allowed to re enter the building.
