            Just a friendly reminder...Today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday, June 8 and 9) is the Virginia Discovery Museum bookfair at Barnes & Noble in the Barracks Road Shopping Center. A portion of your purchases goes to benefit the Museum. This is a great chance to stock up for summer reading! Just take a voucher to the cashier with you. Click on the link below to print out the voucher, or pick one up at the store.

            HOURS:
            Tues-Sat 10:00-5:00 - Sun 1:00-5:00 - Closed Mondays 
            Closed the day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving, Dec. 24, Dec. 25, Jan. 1 and Easter. We are open when schools are closed on Snow Days (except on Mondays)! Just call the Museum before heading out.

            ADMISSION:
            $4 per person, all ages (under 1 year old free) - Children must be accompanied by an adult - Museum Members: Free - ASTC and ACM Reciprocal Members: Free - $0.50 AAA discount per person with card - Handicapped accessible

            PARKING:
            2 hours free parking at Market Street Parking Garage (5th & Market) or Water Street Parking Garage (3rd & Water) - bring ticket to front desk for validation
